Our client has a vacancy for a HR & Training Administrator.The role is to provide administration support to the HR and Training departments.This is being offered as a 9 month fixed term contract.35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

·Management of the training administration process to include attainments, membership, records of on-going studies and repayment policy

·Regular inputting of purchase requisitions and monitoring payments related to professional qualifications

·Accurate recording of all new starter and current employee’s qualifications

·Co-ordinate study cohorts as required

·Proactively manage the diary process providing details of students impending deadlines such as transition periods, promotion period, repayment expiry, etc.

·Manage a full audit process to provide a trail of any changes made to an employee qualification record to include study activity and attainment details

·Upload documents (certificates of achievement, details of repayment - including date signed, amount, date paid)

·Production of reports as required

·Oversee learning accreditation and corporate membership to check status of CPD records and progress

·Updating learning records to manage budget for supporting and funding membership fees

·Work closely with the HR administrators to ensure HR records correspond with L&D records relating to qualifications.Including advising of repayments when required.

·To ensure all filing is completed on a daily basis

·Scanning documents

·Data input

·Updating documents and records

·Transfer of files from hard copy to digital format

The successful applicant will need:

·To display excellent professional working relationships at all levels

Experience and understanding of computer systems, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
