Sopra Banking Software is currently seeking a talented UX Design professional for a unique opportunity to join our Service Design & UX practice. Reporting to the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for creating innovative andindustry standard End to End User Experiences for our financial software products.

As a top candidate, you will be part of Sopra Banking Software User Experience design initiatives. You will contribute directly to creating the next generation of user experiences on a variety of banking related products. We deliver an end-to-end user experience across every user touch point. We use well-established human-centred design principles to ensure that Sopra Banking Software products and applications are the most useful, usable and desirable products in the marketplace

Responsibilities will include:

    Liaise with project teams and key stakeholder to identify and communicate audience needsExploring UX solutions and making decisions that shape the various projects from a UX perspective base on UCD methodologyPerform research and communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and management
    User stories Prototypes (lo-fi and hi-fi)Wireframes and workflow design customer journey mapexperience diagramming, task analysis,Design specifications Qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate ideas and perform user testing
Present design concepts/user journey flows to team members and management Create static and active mock-ups of the user interface for omni-channel experiences Able to clearly communicate to the business what UX is, why we need it and how to implement it Essential Skills

    5 years minimum experience as a User Experience professional Bachelor’s or Masters degree in human factors, psychology, design, user experience design or related degree or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with design trends, benchmarking, forecasting and concept creation.Experience with project planning, scoping and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent collaboration and teamwork attitude.Understanding of usability analysis tools Existing portfolio of work
·Fluency in UXD best practices.

·Strong background on User Experience and design research methods.

·Strong portfolio of applying user-centred design practices in product development.

·Demonstrated experience; successfully scoping, planning and executing projects.

·Experience developing and managing significant user experience design projects.

·Experience in understanding and synthesizing user and business needs using a variety of practices.

·Experience with tools and methods to support UX work stream.

·Experience in design strategy, trends and how they apply to brand and product planning.
