How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will lead our engineering teams to build great software. Focusing on modern event-based architecture you’ll build, nurture and grow high performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver software using agile development and associated technical practices.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You’ll design and deploy highly scalable, reliable and easily maintainable solutions within a broad mix of languages. Utilising Agile, lean or continuous delivery approaches and practice (CI/CD, test automation, BDD, TDD). While providing key technical leadership. This is a pivotal role that will require you to communicate architecture vision at high and low level to your teams through experience, insight and energy.
