If you're an experienced Tele-sales or Customer Service Executive, we'd be really keen to talk to you! We are currently looking to expand our existing team into and we're seeking highly motivated professionals to support our growth. These opportunities will be wholly supported by the business and the successful incumbents will be working alongside and supported by an experienced Recruitment Team.

Requirements:

A strong track record of success working within a sales, tele-sales or customer service environment.

A determined, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work within a creative and progressive working environment!

Role responsibilities:

Working as part of an established and experienced team of successful recruiters, these roles will support the growth of the recruitment business. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Speaking to prospective and active job seekers to promote and sell relevant vacancy opportunities, under the direction of the Recruitment Team.
- Maintaining the acute accuracy of candidate records on an internal database to ensure all information is up to date.
- To aid the Recruitment Team in the generation of new candidates using social media, networking and referrals.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all active vacancies and clients.
- To inform candidates regarding application updates for vacancies, as directed by the Recruitment Team.
- To maintain strong business relationships with all external customers.
- To support the generation of revenue in a defined geographical area.
- To maintain exceptional levels of customer service at all times.

- Continuous self-improvement around industry knowledge.
- Prospecting new clients as directed by the Recruitment Team.
