Opportunities:
We are looking to recruit experienced Staff Nurses to join their ICU department. As part of the ICU team you will work across the 18 bedded ICU/HDU/Critical Care unit, equipped with the latest technology, offering care to Critical Care Level 2 & 3 patients with complex needs.

Reporting into senior staff and the ward manager will be responsible for planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges to the unit. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Working as part of the team you will be competent across Venepuncture, Cannulation and Phlebotomy, carrying out these tasks on a daily basis while maintaining a safe environment for patients under your care. You will also be assigned other ad hoc duties as required by senior members of staff.

Working hours are days, nights and weekends on a rotational basis.


To be considered for this role you would have at least 1 years experience working in ICU/Critical Care. Experience of working in Cardiac, Liver and Neuro would be an advantage. You will be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Working as part of a team you will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player
