Computershare's Business Improvement Group (BIG) oversees projects and programmes across the organisation including process improvement, acquisitions, integrations, new products and regulatory change. Job Purpose:

Our Solutions Analyst will work alongside Business Analysts to design and develop business solutions using SharePoint Nintex and Infopath, supporting all elements of a delivery lifecycle in line with business objectives and priority.

While building these solutions we will be looking for the successful candidate to share their skills with other members of the Business Improvement Group to enhance the team’s solutions capabilities.

Touching the majority of our business units, this opportunity gives the successful candidate the chance to work on a variety of challenging initiatives, building solutions across our business whilst enhancing his/her relationships across all levels of management and staff.


Key Accountabilities:

·Analyse complex issues, develop requirements and produce high quality documentation

·Design, develop and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business objectives and ensuring return on investment (ROI)

·Validate business cases to ensure all benefits are measureable

·Work with our global team who will provide structure, governance and best practice when providing solutions

·Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders to elicit requirements acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered

·Present solutions to stakeholder and project groups

·Manage workshops and meetings with business and technology

·Identify risks and track through to resolution

·Support the business to ensure readiness for change (e.g. UAT, Training, documentation etc.)

·Work to agreed deadlines and coordinate others accordingly

·Drive capability build within team structure


Skills/Experience & Competencies:


Essential:

•In-depth knowledge of SharePoint infrastructure (2010/16)

•Experience with HTML/CSS/JQuery in a structured environment

•UI/UX design skills

•Familiar with SharePoint plugins (Nintex Workflows / InfoPath Forms)

•Works to agreed deadlines and coordinates others accordingly

•Self-motivated

•Committed to increasing stakeholder satisfaction, builds confidence

•Communicates well both verbally and in writing

•Shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills

•Change Management – has a positive, pragmatic and collaborative approach


Desirable:

•Business Analysis experience / qualification

•Documenting and/or designing business processes

•Practical experience of Jquery/Javascript, C# and / or VB

•Practical experience of Nintex Forms and Workflows

•Experience managing multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines

•Broad understanding of applications utilized within Computershare
