Based in Victoria, London, Jaeger is a hub for creativity and innovation. We have an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a Visual Merchandising and Promotions Co-ordinator.

As a VM and Promotions Co-ordinator, you’ll need to be a confident communicator, with a keen interest in fashion and retail. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative team to deliver regular, concise and clear communication to stores on VM standards and promotions.

This is what you’ll do…

·Liase with buying and merchandising departments to compile and create inspiring visual merchandising guidelines for stores.

·With the guidance of the marketing and design teams, create promotional briefs to enable effective implementation of POS in store.

·Liase with in-house creative team and print supplier in ordering promotional materials where required.

·Be involved in trialling visual layouts, window schemes and instore POS in mock shop and feedback effectiveness to relevant departments.

·Carry out store visits to assess VM methods, provide training and advise on layouts.

·Compile any visual feedback from store visits and identify any opportunities or action points.

·Continually work with the marketing team to ensure all POS is rolled out and implemented into stores correctly.

·React to and plan visual activity in response to trade.

·Collate trade information and keep marketing reports up to date, to include weekly marketing summaries, window calendars and board reports.

·Liase and support international partners with visual guidelines and POS implementation.

·Provide ongoing administration support to Marketing and Promotions Manager.

·Build and maintain successful relationships with colleagues within head office and across stores and the field.

Skills you’ll need…

·Experience of working within a visual role in a fashion/retail environment.

·An understanding of retail marketing and/or visual merchandising

·Exceptional administration and IT skills.

·Confident PC user with sound knowledge of all office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign.

·Skilled project planner with excellent time management.

·Collaborative skills to work closely with marketing and creative teams.

·An ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritise workload under pressure.

·Prepared to travel and conduct store visits as required by the business.
