With a passion for the Luxury Products & the Fashion & Denim Industry, the Buying & Merchandising Coordinator works within the Menswear Luxury Team to promote and execute its businesses for Ralph Lauren Directly-Operated Stores and E-Commerce.

The focus will be primarily and initially on specific categories such as Fine Watches & Jewelry, Made-to-Measure, Vintage & Antiques and Fragrances with development opportunities within the core business of Men’s Luxury RTW & Double RL.



·Timely execution of weekly reporting, analyze and recommend actions

·Admin tasks and ad-hoc system queries

·Prepare selling reports and analysis for stores visits and events

·Manage communication with Stores for his/her categories

·Foster and maintain communication with internal and external business partners to promote and develop own categories

·Collate feedback on sales, customer trends, Store challenges and call outs on a regular basis

·Feedback on production issues and assist with resolutions

·Promote and facilitate product trainings in partnership with other Teams

·Monitor Inventory/stock levels, respond store requests and customers’ needs

·Monthly consolidations and transfer trackers

·Stores and market visits

Data Management/Merchandising Tasks

·Maintenance of all data withinsystems (GFE+, SAP)

·Item creation and definition whenever required

·Secure pricing alignment across seasons and countries, resolve discrepancies

·Inventory checks, EOH reports and facilitate stock checks with Inventory Control


·Launch MTM seasonal program, updating forms and fabric lists

·Support Stores with MTM order requests and liaise/feedback to NY/Production

·Organise Store Trunk Shows with EU and US Partners

·Place MTM orders into Global Production, factories & Production follow up


·Store distribution, communication with RLWJ/Stores on strategy and product

·Place W&J buys, managing stock, support trunk-shows & training

·Coordinate and support projects as Watch Swap, Employee sales

·Monitor & chase deliveries

·Watches & Accessories replenishments (straps, buckles, etc..)

·Watch repairs and after sale service

·Consignment management


·Brief vendors/NY on product needs

·Chase and check deliveries

·Monitor V&A inventory, stock management, transfers and consolidations


·Monitor Fragrances stock levels and place replenishment orders (selling product and testers)

·Maintain communication with L'Oréal countries on strategy & new launches

Job Requirements

·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in fashion, business or a related discipline

·Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Luxury Buying or Merchandising role is essential


·True passion about the fashion industry along with a strong market sense

·Keen on a career in Buying & Collection Merchandising

·Excellent analytical, organized and entrepreneurial, able to efficiently navigate complexity and work under pressure

·Able to work on own initiative, be proactive with a strong attention to detail

·Good communicator, able to prioritize tasks and summarize and/or report into Managers

·Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, including excel, power point, word and outlook
