Join this busy and sizeable mulitcultural marketing team in London, in the position of Social Media Executive, and learn the ins and outs of organic and paid social.
You will ideally hold a business administration or marketing degree and have had some exposure to social media marketing, whether gained through a digital element in your university course, placement year or internship. Other degree disciplines will be considered if you have some relevant work experience in the social media field.
This is a great foot in the door to an organisation that supports its employees career growth and progression. While some exposure to Facebook advertising, WordPress, Hootsuite, social media content writing and / or blogging would be beneficial, this is not strictly essential, if you can demonstrate a passion for the medium.
You will need to be an adept copywriter with a good understanding of proper grammar, and be comfortable handling the more creative side of social media campaign execution, while being open to learning the analytical side from more senior team members. It goes without saying that you need to be an avid social media user yourself across various platforms!
You can expect to be: writing and organising content across blogs and social networks (to include scheduling posts with the use of a CMS); launching, optimising and reporting on paid social advertising campaigns (training to be given); moderating social media platforms to encourage conversation, remove spam, improve customer service and respond to complaints.
Fluency in Arabic is essential, as the company looks to extend its MENA market.
