My client are a successful supplier to high-street with products manufactured in the Fra East.
They are currently seeking a Merchandising Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:·To assist the Account Manager with the day to day and running’s of the account.·To be aware of set margins and help the Account Manager to ensure margins can be achieved.·To ensure all samples are kept safely and tagged clearly and accordingly in in-line with the Development process plan.·Assisting the AM ensuring samples and sealing samples are checked off and ED3 form completed and signed off by senior manager, prior to be sent to customer.Supporting day to day factory emails, chasing samples / prices / testing. Review all critical paths weekly with Senior Manager and junior.Report any critical path anomalies to senior manager to ensure issues are escalated and problems prevented within a week of occurring (do not wait for the weekly critical path meeting to report these). ·Work towards having full knowledge and understanding of invoicing and payment terms.
You will be a highly organised and competent Administrator who can multi-task effectively and work well under pressure.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly numerate and comfortable working with data.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
You will have good IT skills with intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Educated to C or above in GCSE Maths, English and science.
You must be able to drive and have your own transport to be considered for this role.
