We are currently looking to strengthen our unique Patient recruitment team in Camberley and are seeking a specialist to be office based
Essential Functions:

- Collaborates with major functional area leads (SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical Management, Clinical Supplies and SSU Regulatory leads) to identify and evaluate fundamental issues pertaining to successful patient enrollment, interpret data on complex issues, make good business decisions, and ensure solutions are implemented. Ensures all project deliverables meet the internal customers' expectations and the contracted deliverables, providing accurate projections, reports and updates, and ongoing risk assessments.

- Develops and maintains strategic relationships with customers in alignment with their assigned projects. May collaborate with business leads for business development, alliance management, contracts and proposals development, project management, and clinical management to achieve project goals. Ensures individual project targets and client needs are met, services are provided with the highest quality standards, and policies and procedures are followed. Contributes to change initiatives across and within the SSU department.

- Provides overall management for allocated patient recruitment programs; including client and vendor management, program design, production and implementation.

- Responsible for tracking and reporting of Patient Recruitment program metrics and management of all recruitment activities.

- Coordinates all patient recruitment materials regulatory/Ethics Committee/Ministry Of Health submissions and approvals with the regulatory lead for national and global studies.

- Leads the design and development of all materials required to implement assigned patient recruitment projects; including advertisements, direct mail letters, patient education materials, etc.

- May contribute to departmental growth through internal and external business development opportunities.

- Coordinates/manages media plan implementation with vendors, making real-time adjustments to plan as needed.

- May serve as a mentor and/or provides project management oversight to more junior staff.

- Communicates with client to provide timely project updates and project related fiscal information. Acts as principal patient recruitment services liaison between client, investigative sites and the Company.

- Trains recruitment support and external vendor teams on project/protocol specific requirements so these teams can provide adequate support and coverage to projects.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Moderate travel may be required (up to 50%).
