Our client is a leading, dynamic and supportive Healthcare organisation who are currently recruiting for an exciting new Technical Product Support Engineer. This exciting role will be working at their site in Northampton. The main purpose of this role is to provide quality technical related services to internal and external customers.

Electronics related qualification, minimum ONC or equivalent.
Very strong PR skills.
Customer focused.
Analytically minded.

Essential Duties:
Manage product complaints and complete within the KPI timeframe.
Establish & maintain partnerships with customers, team members and business contacts.
Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate data in the service system.
Ensure all data and paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Assist in delivering Technical Training courses to both internal and external customers.
Ensure all quality and SOP's are up to date and adhered to always.
Install, service and maintain products, distributed by the company when required.
