Are you a born leader with retail management or supervisory skills?
Are you an existing Assistant store Manager looking to move in to a new role or are you looking to progress into a supervisory role?
We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join the team within our Clients high street store in Poole.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be required to provide support to the Manager and the existing team.
This is a full time role, which will include some weekends and occasional evenings during busy periods.

Required skills/experience•Hands on and prepared to lead by example. •Commercially aware and able to drive sales. •Visual Merchandising Flair – Creative. •Attention to Detail. • Organised and efficient – Able to plan and manage tasks effectively within deadlines. •Supportive, persuasive and patient. Strong Leadership skills. • Retail management or supervisory experience. •Previous management/supervisory experience including budgetary control, recruitment, staff development and Health and Safety within a retail or similar environment. •Good organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines. •Excellent customer service with the determination to inspire success within your team
