Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areasLift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safelySet-up, maintain and break down banquet\meeting roomsFollow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet\meetingsReport needed repairs of unsafe equipment and\or conditionsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assigned Previous guest service experience preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
