Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a worldwide Medical Device organisation. This exciting role will be working as a Senior Health Economics Analyst, based at the company Headquarters in Buckinghamshire. The main purpose of this role is to develop Health Economic and value arguments and improve reimbursement and patient access for the products using clinical, economic, reimbursement data, local information and evidence.

Essential Requirements:
A degree in either life science or economics, ideally complemented by a post graduate qualification in health economics, statistics, public health, epidemiology, public policy or marketing.
Minimum 2 years' experience in health economics and outcomes planning in the medical (pharmaceutical or device industry), industry related consultancy, payer, commissioning or provider organisation, preferably working with new medical technologies or Pharmaceuticals.
Must understand reimbursement, value propositions and be able to analyse data and explain to others in layman's terms.
Working knowledge of reimbursement process of devices or drugs in markets.
Research skills in relation to literature and outcomes review.
Understanding of various clinical trials designs and how they relate to the development of economic and outcomes data.

Role Responsibilities:
Creating economic and clinical evidence.
To assist Managers in the development of health economics and value arguments to support reimbursement and marketing of new and existing products.
Develop cost-effectiveness and practical value demonstrating models for a range of disease areas using available clinical evidence and cost parameters.
Primary & Secondary research on clinical and cost data to populate models appropriately.
Assist in the development of publication strategies in support of key products and disease areas.
Review clinical trial protocols and give input into protocols and case report forms from a health economics perspective.
Contribute to collecting intelligence on country specific issues, to suggest new ways of demonstrating clinical and health economic benefits of new and existing products.
Carries out local research activities to support the production of HE studies and dossiers.
Collaborate with in-house teams to successfully launch new and current technologies in key markets.
Executes activities aimed at detecting changes to HRG/budget/reimbursement policies and improving the reimbursement going forward.
