We have a rare opportunity for an impressive Senior Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team, responsible for delivering the prospect nurture strategy for XpertHR in the UK and US. As such you will be a talented marketing professional with an aptitude and passion for the ever evolving digital marketing landscape, who can demonstrate impressive communication skills.


This role is full time and based in Sutton with occasional need to work from our Holborn office and opportunity to travel to the US office in New York.


Your key responsibilities will be to:
Define, own and execute UK and US nurture experience across the prospect lifecycle; utilising a multichannel approach with marketing automation at the heart. This will include but not limited to: email, social, onsite personalisation, remarketing and PPC
Manage marketing automation programs and campaigns as an extension of our successful acquisition strategy
Own and have a full understanding of the ?health? of the programs including data flow, optimising prospect journeys and increasing velocity as a direct result of ongoing analysis and output
Understand, manage and refine the lead scoring matrix to ensure ?sales-ready? leads are created
Implement account based marketing across the business to drive greater revenue and opportunity from large organisations
Coordinate the marketing operations team to ensure timely delivery on business objectives
Work closely with the wider marketing team, sales team and award winning editorial team
Brief and manage media and creative agencies on specific marketing campaigns
Track and report on nurture successes and challenges, identifying actionable insights and trends to drive growth
Use campaign results to evaluate ROI, optimise campaigns and formulate future plans

The successful candidate will need to quickly:
Execute and deliver:
An enhanced multichannel nurture strategy
Drive a higher quantity and quality of ?sales-ready? leads from nurture
Launch account based marketing in the US
Develop an effective relationship with key stakeholder groups and senior leaders, informing them of marketing activities and results
Understand the brand, customers and products
Work proactively suggesting best practice, cross-promotion/sell opportunities, innovation
Track responses to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and offering advice and guidance on optimisation

If you?re right for this role, you will:
Have proven knowledge and experience of online marketing techniques, including, marketing automation
Advanced experience in integrated marketing campaign management
Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing principles as well as account based marketing
Enjoy working within a results driven team with experience in optimising marketing campaigns to bring new ideas to help the team excel
Be inquisitive and proactive, showing an appetite to question current processes and look for new opportunities whilst learning and developing new skills
Relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Our ideal candidate will be extremely well organised and have excellent attention to detail with strong copywriting, proof reading, oral communications and reporting skills
You will be comfortable with technology
University degree or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be seen as a bonus
