Job Title: Registered Home Manager Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan Salary: £30,000 subject to experience Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentFurther Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a Registered Home Manager at a smaller bespoke specialised service for up to 11 individuals, who have mental health needs and are looking to improve their independence within a supported environment. The home is a spacious, calm environment where individuals with complex needs can find their own identity and develop confidence.This service focus is on recovery for those who have an acquired brain injury and are looking to improve their independence within a supported environment. The staff are trained to support complex cognitive, emotional needs and behavioural needs of individuals following a brain injury. Everyone is unique; therefore, a bespoke rehabilitation support plan is developed to help everyone to fulfil their life and regain confidence and autonomy.The successful individual will lead and deliver the specialist care and support required, supervising a busy staff team and delivering exceptional service.
