A leading private healthcare group currently has a vacancy for an experienced Theatre Nurse/Practitioner specialising in Orthopaedics to work in their Orpington private hospital.

You will be joining a state of the art private hospital with theatres undertaking complex surgeries and procedures not usually available in other facilities, so this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working at the forefront of clinical developments.

Once your probation period is complete, you will be given the opportunity to further develop your skills and progress your career within theatres, with a variety of study opportunities available.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

Level 1 Adult Nurse/RGN with NMC registration or qualified Theatre Practitioner/ODP with HCPC registration
Demonstrate substantial post-registration on an orthopaedic scrub setting, working with a varied patient mix across a range of procedures
Enthusiastic, motivated and demonstrating a strong commitment to your own professional development and that of others
Ideally you will have also completed a recognised Advanced Scrub Practitioner Course along with a recognised mentorship course.

This role has full time working hours of 37.5 per week on days, and the annual salary on offer is up to £36,000.
