RSA's accounting and finance graduate programme is open to final year students who are on track to obtain at least a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and who have achieved a minimum of 300 UCAS points across three A-level (or equivalent) subjects.

You'll have the chance to gain experience working across multiple functions including financial reporting, finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, and capital management.
