TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER - URGENT

An experienced Technical Support Manager is urgently required to join an expanding client in Telford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, but will be expected to remains hands-on technically when required.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage day-to-day activities of a small support team
  • Perform hands-on technical work as and when required
  • Ensure SLAs are adhered to
  • Attend customer service reviews
  • Deal with customer complaints

Required Skills:-

  • Strong background within IT support
  • Experienced in a team leading/managerial position
  • Strong hands-on technical skills
  • Experienced supporting Windows and Unix platforms.
  • Strong networking and desktop support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full driving licence
