The Graduate Programme is at the heart of our investment into the next generation of DLG talent. Through it, you’ll gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our broader business, our customer and our industry. You’ll establish a core set of transferable skills and optional qualifications that give you the best career grounding you could hope for. And in return, you’ll make the vital contributions that will secure our ongoing success, as a future leader of our business.
It’s a three-year rotational programme based across the UK that will see you being developed to become a future leader of our business. You’ll get involved with a range of fast-paced projects and work streams that have direct impact on our customers. Combining soft skills training, cohort learning, ‘on the job’ training and professional development, you’ll work within a number of attractive roles to stretch and challenge you.
Through a series of rotations across different areas of the business, you’ll gain a breadth of exposure across DLG, working with talented people who will help you build the relevant knowledge. You’ll undertake four rotations over the three years, including at least one front-line operational placement. In your first year you will attend a series of intense workshops that will provide you with a DLG toolkit of skills to ensure your rotations are a success. And once you’ve finished your rotations, and at the end of your third year on the programme, you will move into your permanent team and role.

And you’ll need to be self-motivated too, so that you can work with us to accelerate your career.
