One of the nation’s fastest growing healthcare providers is currently looking to recruit for a Registered General Nurse to join their enthusiastic service which offers a range of care services to patients in a secure facility situated near Attleborough.


Aside from being RGN qualified with a valid NMC PIN, candidates should have post-registration experience with good clinical skills and knowledge. You will be confident and motivated to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, making a positive impact to the healthcare services on offer.


Prior experience within a secure setting is not required, as full training will be given to successful candidates and on-going training and career development is provided.


Due to the nature of the service, patients will have a wide range of healthcare needs which include substance misuse, elderly and palliative care, triage and sexual health. You will also be given the opportunity to further develop your skills and work with a wide spectrum of service users with a range of healthcare needs including in-house assessments, diagnostics and IV administration.


Duties within the service will include:



The administration of medications
General assessments and triage
The management of chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension and asthma
Attending to medical emergencies
Health promotion and screening programmes

This is a full time position with a 37.5 hour working week and fixed shift patterns are available to promote a healthy work/life balance for staff.


This full time position offers a salary between £25,550 and £29,000 per annum along with an attractive benefits package which includes free gym access and access to both high street and travel discount schemes.
