My client is a full-service medical communications agency and currently has an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Account Director. This company excels in the development and delivery of strategic and creative medical education programmes, clearly communicating compelling science with visual style on behalf of their global and European clients.

This thriving business is looking for an experienced account handler to join their talented team in Oxfordshire and West London to work on global accounts in the Immunology and Cardiovascular areas. The successful candidate will have medical communications agency experience and a desire to offer industry-leading client service.

- Provide professional, proactive, and insightful service to clients at all times
- Build positive relationships with clients, developing an in-depth understanding of their needs, processes, and environment to spark objective-driven recommendations to support their brand
- Understand the best way to deliver a wide variety of projects
- Maintain timely and clear communication throughout each project
- Demonstrate effective and efficient teamwork
- Confidently manage finances and timelines, paying close attention to detail
- Track individual projects
- Understand resource requirements at each stage of a project

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Educated to degree level
- Previous experience in a Medical Communications agency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience of line-managing or mentoring
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Commercially aware, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
