We are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and develop the quality and compliance standard across our clients Home Care Services in the area within the M25 region.The Compliance Manager is responsible to lead on all compliance matters including CQC, Internal Quality Audit, Safeguarding and serious complaints.

• Plan, Co-ordinate, and implement the quality management and quality improvement guidelines within your region
• Ensure that the homes are compliant with all National Care Standards
• Responsible for the cost effective and efficient deployment of all resources under your control
• Budgetary control of the homes within your region
• Preparation and submission of budgetary and other financial information as directed
• Prepare and present reports to the directors
• Have an understanding of all regulations, practices, and procedures within the domiciliary care sector
• Ensure that the Care Plans for the people we support are completed to a high standard and are current
• Ensure all services are genuinely customer focussed and committed to achieving and delivering excellence
The Individual:
- Experience of Quality Assurance Management within Domiciliary Care/Home Care
- Up to date knowledge of the CQC requirements with the Domiciliary Care Sector
- Must have auditing experience
- Ideally qualified registered nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD
- Good clinical knowledge and strong CQC understanding
- Full drivers license and willing to travel multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and electronic

The successful Compliance Manager will need to undergo an enhanced DBS/PVG check. The cost of this will be met by the Employer.
