Established for over 40 years, this company is the UK's leading manufacturer of industrial, haulage and sports covers. Due to continued growth, they currently have a vacancy for a full time Office Administrator to join their admin/accounts team.

This role will give the chosen candidate the opportunity to enhance their current experience and/or learn new office skills, the role will include:

- Answering calls to their main switchboard in a professional and courteous manner and field to the relevant person.
- Arranging customer deliveries
- Organise and distribute the daily post
- Taking payments via Credit Cards for the sales team
- Input sales orders using an in-house database
- General Filing, Faxing and Emailing
- To undertake various administrative tasks as and when required
- Resolve any invoice queries
- Ordering of approved consumables
- Door answering, greeting and directing visitors
- Liaise and assist the factory floor, sales and accounts department on a daily basis.
- Logging of data in excel

They are looking for someone who is:

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent at multitasking
- Previous office experience
- Keen to learn
- Organised
- Punctual
- Computer literate, must have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Quick thinker, is willing to think on their feet
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Confident telephone manner

£7.50 - £8.50 per hour, hours of work will be 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4:30pm on Friday with an hour for lunch.
