We are currently seeking several professional and experienced Pediatric assistant to join our Complex Care Team in either Southampton or Chichester, working to support a young client in Eastleigh with their day-to-day life.The Home Carer RoleNewcross Healthcare provides high quality, complex care in the home, to paediatric and adult clients with a range of complex healthcare needs. Person SpecificationIdeally, we are seeking experienced carers with experience of working with children and challenging behaviours. Tracheotomy care experience is desirable, however we can provide full and comprehensive training, with client-specific inductions.
