Filton Campus Salary Range: £27,507.00-£30,015.00 pro rata, per annum (Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)
Contract Type: Fixed Term and Part-Time (Maternity Cover for 12 months or until the return of the post-holder)

SGS College's highly successful Employability Department have an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their career in quality assurance. The department, based at our Filton campus, operates across the South West region and works with a wide range of agencies supporting individuals back into work through a variety of training courses. We are expanding to include a wider range of provision supporting new government agendas and continuing to build on the success already achieved.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Quality Assurer who can offer advice, guidance and development to programme leaders and lecturers to promote quality within the employability provision. They will need to be able to ensure evidence meets the requirements of the awarding bodies and are in line with the Colleges own strategic goals of being Outstanding. The role will require an excellent communicator who can understand what is required to drive quality improvements to benefit both learners and staff.
