We are one of the UK's leading insulation and construction product manufacturers. There is a clear development strategy and future prospects for growth are bright for the business.

The Organisation

- A well-known brand name in its markets, established over 40 years ago, and with a reputation for quality and innovation.
- A network of manufacturing sites across the UK to service its customer base.
- A track record of ongoing investment to pioneer research and development in insulation products, along with success as a funding winner in Government sponsored competitions for innovative refurbishment products.
- Following recent changes in ownership, the company is better poised than ever to be in control of its own destiny and deliver on its growth plans.

The Opportunity

- We now need an experienced Procurement Executive/Buyer to review all our purchasing activities - acting on behalf of the whole Group.
- Primarily this task will focus on all external materials and services - particularly Raw Materials but also Consumables, Packaging , and utilities.
- In terms of Raw Materials, the remit includes extending the supply opportunities beyond our traditional European based suppliers, to include the Middle East and Far East.
- The remit includes all 5 of our UK manufacturing sites.

The Person

- An experienced Procurement Executive, who is used to taking on a project where this role has not been a dedicated function in an organisation previously.
- Knowledge of Raw Materials purchasing, and the markets in which they are sourced.
- You current location is flexible, although it would help if you were based with easy access to one of our UK sites.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Europe, Middle East and Far East as required to develop new suppliers.
