Fast moving IT Start-up looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, as well as manage Social Media for the company. Duties include providing support to the team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities and online presence.

Skills required:

- Good customer service skills
- Flexibility to cope with agile nature of the business
- Excellent level of English spelling and grammar

Responsibilities include:

- Liaising with other members of the company to generate content
- Posting content on the company website, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media.
- Responding to communication on social media.
- Responding to marketing queries
- Typing letters and reports
- Updating computer records
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering supplies
- Setting up meetings and taking notes during them
- Making travel arrangements for staff

Required education: Bachelor's
