UX Designer
30-40K per annum (depending on experience)

This multi-award winning, innovative, privately owned company that produces estate management portals for some of the UK's most prestigious property brands and iconic landmarks, such as The Shard and Hyde Park Estate. They are reimagining how properties can be run using new technologies, doing away with outdated manual processes.

Skills/Responsibilities:

- Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Facilitate their product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile digital products
- Take a user-centred design approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs within a fast-moving multi-functional scrum team
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Attributes required:

- Three or more years of UX design experience
- Expertise in UX software such as InVision, Axure, or similar. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders
- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
