This is a great opportunity to progress your career with an established and growing managed telecoms and IT services specialist. As a member of the customer services team you will be able to broaden your knowledge and experience across a wider telecoms and IT product set.

Multi-skills training will be provided with opportunities to specialise and to progress into more senior positions.
Ideally you will possess previous/similar provisioning experience with BT Openreach (WLR3) and other telecoms carrier/provider portals.

Key responsibilities:
- Process orders - fixed line telephony, broadband and mobile.
- Manage order workflow and monitor delivery dates.
- Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date on order progress.
- Liaise with Engineers to assist in configuration.
- Escalate issues with suppliers where orders do not progress correctly.
- Handling queries or complaints in a professional and informative manner from customers.

- 20 Days holiday per annum (increasing to 25 after 2 years service),
