This multi award-winning web design agency takes great pride in their customer service and delivering an end product that really works for their customers. They work across all sectors with a very wide client base.

They are looking for a Back-End PHP Developer who is keen to work in a fast-paced small team environment. The successful candidate will be back-end focused with experience of working with both older procedural code and modern OOP code. They should have some experience with WordPress/ WooCommerce and the Laravel Framework.

The successful candidate will be focused on being able to plan and implement solutions for customers in a quick and reliable manner. They will be able to support the Directors and expand the capability of their mainly Front-End Development team.

Key Requirements

- You have strong communication skills, with excellent English.
- Be able to easily commute to their workplace in North Hertfordshire, remote working is not an option with this role.
- You have at least 2 years experience in Web Development.
- You're a proficient and exceptional Back-End Developer with an excellent knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- You have a good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS
- You have a reasonable knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce.
- You have some experience using the Laravel framework.
- You understand hosting and domain names to a reasonable level.
- You may benefit from having experience with integrating APIs and Payment Gateways
