This is an opportunity to join a creative technology company specialising in innovative interactive systems & touch screen applications. They design problem-solving solutions for a range of clients, from museums & universities to multinational enterprises & government sectors. They use emerging digital technologies to create engaging, immersive environments & autonomous, self-service platforms.

They have their own brand of digital display hardware that features a vast range of touch screens, interactive kiosks & LCD/LED video walls. Their other brands & product lines include Visitor Management, Digital Wayfinding & Digital Donations.

They have a truly global team spanning from their UK HQ to their offices in the Middle East & US. Recent expansion has resulted in the need for additional support within the technical areas of the business.

Hardware: Touch Displays, Interactive Kiosks, LCD / LED Video Walls, Custom Built Displays
Software: Visitor Management Platform, Kiosk/Mobile Wayfinding Platform, Interactive/Immersive Experiences
(AV) & Self-Service Applications

Reporting directly to the Director, this role envelops:

In-House duties:
- Manage support channels for hardware & software, handling inbound & outbound technical queries
- Provide remote training services to our international base of partners & clients
- Creating & managing technical specifications for the range of hardware & software solutions
- Provide technical information/documentation/drawings as needed for the Sales Team
- Assist the Marketing Team with technical/functional information for the product range
- Pre-configure & approve products prior to distribution & installation
- Manage the remote monitoring system for our installed hardware/software
- Work with the Development Team to develop, assess, refine & enhance new & existing products

On-Site Duties:
- Provide on-site training to partners & end-users on our products
- Conduct technical assessments as part of pre/post-sales activity for potential projects
- Support installation teams as technical point of contact during roll-outs
- Manage first-line support for issues that cannot be solved remotely
- Conduct photographic surveys of installation environments

Must haves:
- Key knowledge of AV & IT Hardware
- Key knowledge of using/configuring Web & Mobile applications
- A-level or Higher Degree
- Excellent written & spoken English
- IT literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn & adapt
- Presentable & outgoing personality
- Clean driving license with access to a car
- Eligible for DBS (Police Record Check)

Nice to haves:
- Experience with CAD & 3D rendering
- Experience with Adobe Suite (AI, IS, PS etc.)

The candidate will receive training on the company's products, however they are required to be competent in technical software & hardware products. They want candidates that have a passion for new visual technologies & products development, & who wish to explore the potential with emerging digital solutions.
