This is an opportunity to join one of the first specialist industrial door companies, with over 42 years of trading history, offering a 24 hour emergency callout service. East Midlands based working out of 4 depot locations.

They are looking for a part time Secretary/Administrator to work a part of their busy Service Team. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 5pm. Duties include:

- Audio typing of Quotations
- Copy typing of documents and correspondence
- Answering the telephone
- Logging calls on the service database
- Updating the service database
- Monitoring incoming emails
- Dealing with customer enquiries / queries both via email and telephone
- Ordering office stationery
- Filing

Although full training will be given this role does involve a large proportion of audio typing, so applicants must already be proficient in this discipline.
