Recovery Claims Handler
My client is a leading consultancy who are seeking to grow their claims department with a claims handler (Recovery Claims Handler, Customer Services Executive).
To apply for this role you will have had previous experience in a similar position, ideally for 2 years or more.
You will have first class customer care skills, really putting the customer first. You will have great communication skills, both written and verbal, but just as importantly you will be a great listener.
*To manage client allocation and deal with claims from start to end
*To resolve disputes on liability quantum
*To quantify claims accurately
*To follow relevant department file procedures correctly
*To maintain and update claim records as required
*To attend client meetings where required
*To maintain awareness of department policies, procedures and compliance standards including ISO and FSA
*To provide support and coaching to other team members as required
