Venator Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for our client, a rapidly expanding organisation based in Christchurch, Dorset, who is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.

Reporting to the Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger, making payment runs, bank reconciliations and updating the payroll system. Once fully trained, your responsibilities will include assisting with the month end processes to include: accruals and prepayments, VAT returns, audit and intercompany accounts.

Based in Christchurch, Dorset, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Finance Assistant, or similar role and possess excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as excellent attention to detail and thrive working in a busy accounts office.
