Exciting opportunity to join a local Shared Service Centre operating for a Global Japanese trading company. This position predominately creates, enters and checks account postings for several offices in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

This is a fast paced, high volume process environment, working to strict key performance indicators which include a very high level of accuracy.

This role will include creation and checking of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable reports using SAP Accounting software. Data Input using excel , creating invoices and downloading reports following standard operating procedure guides an adherence to KPI requirements. Inputting data for multiple departments.

Excellent written and telephone communication skills are required as well as an exceptional eye for detail, organisational skills and a strong aptitude in numerical skills. The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.

Education requirement is a minimum of GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent
Advanced (preferable) or intermediate skills in MS office package, especially Excel.

Hours of work are non-peak Monday to Friday 8am -4.30pm - peak (last working day and first four working days of the month) Monday -Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary is dependent on experience.
