The Firm
Our client is a traditional practice with a modern approach serving the needs of businesses and individuals in Essex and the surrounding counties. Building and maintaining client relationships, they pride themselves with a team of professionals providing tailored services to suit individual client needs. They are now seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer for their office in Epping on a full time basis.

The Role
We are now seeking a Private Client Lawyer for our client`s busy department in Epping. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of eight years PQE and strong background in Private Client work. A senior role, you will be able to supervise junior staff and handle existing caseload. Your matters will include: drafting wills; intestacies; estate administration; elderly client matters; lasting powers of attorneys; managing trust files; deputyship and; advising on structures of wills and inheritance tax issues.

The successful Private Client Lawyer will be involved in building and developing the department and firm as a whole. Demonstrating excellent client care, you will communicate in a clear and concise manner. The role is offered on a full time and permanent basis.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of eight years PQE;
You must have solid experience within a reputable Private Client department;
You will be able to demonstrate excellent client skills;
You will actively participate in the business development of the firm;
Supervisory experience is advantageous;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have good communication skills.
