My client, a successful and dynamic Managed Service Provider, are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their established team. Partnered with numerous market leading technology suppliers, my client have a strong focus on career development and actively encourage their support engineers to obtain relevant certifications.

The successful applicant will haver previous experience working in a service desk environment and will possess strong customer facing and communication skills. Good knowledge around Microsoft, Cisco, Active Directory and Citrix technologies is highly desirable. A degree or certification in IT (MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA) would be advantageous for this role.
