Junior Software Implementation Consultant

Salary: £28K - £40K basic (Graduate to 2 years` experience) + Bonus (10%) + Bens package.

Location: North West London | South Herts Border (Watford, St Albans, Hemel, Aylesbury, Stanmore, Harrow, Borehamwood, Elstree, Baldock, Edgware - good areas for office)

Keywords: Implementation Consultant, Technical Consultant, Software Consultant, Technical Business analyst, Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, Professional Services, Technical Project Manager, Junior, Graduate.

Junior | Graduate level software implementation consultant sought by global software company with UK headquarters & offices worldwide. Good size (200 staff) & growing at a rapid, but steady pace - we deliver a modern Java / Javascript based business solution to a wide range of commercial sectors.

The Technical Consulting & delivery team are 10+ in the UK & due to a large amount of up-coming projects that need to be delivered, we need more team members!

We mostly deliver projects to UK / London based customers, but have a growing European base too. Occasional trips to the USA & Asia-pacific region will probably happen too. So, do you want to travel the world a little & be paid for it?!

We have a very good track record of taking in junior level individuals & promoting their careers upwards. In fact, several of the current senior team members joined some years ago as graduate / junior level individuals.

Excellent team, environment, training & development & pretty reasonable management make this a very good place to work in the high-tech software industry.

We`d mostly be looking for most of / some of the below (Fresh graduates would of course not be expected to have commercial experience)

- Experience with the Solutions delivery life-cycle, requirements gathering & solution design.

- Some experience with XML related technologies (XML, XSL, X-path etc)

- At least basic levels of knowledge in Java &/or JavaScript (this is NOT a developer role, but you will need some coding / scripting skills)

- Some experience of in-browser web technologies: CSS, HTML5, XHTML

- Good ability to be client facing & absorb information & training like a sponge.

- A good degree in a STEM subject preferred, but pretty open on this really.

So, does this sound like something that would work for you? If so, please get in touch for a chat.
