For a global leader.
Location: Based at Seal Sands, Teesside.
Package: £55,000+ p.a. plus generous benefits package.
INEOS is a young company. It has grown to become a leading chemical company with sales today of around $40 billion by embracing new approaches to business and building strongly on the values of customer satisfaction and operational safety.
17,000 INEOS employees work within 23 companies. Many have spent their working lives within the chemical or oil industry and view INEOS as a refreshing place to work.
INEOS Nitriles is the world?s largest producer of Acrylonitrile: a market- leading operator and high-performing division within the INEOS organisation, with a $2.7 billion turnover and plants in Koln, Texas and Ohio as well as Teesside.
The company now offers the opportunity of an exceptional role to an expert, experienced Credit Manager with the drive and positive attitude to maximise the potential of the INEOS business and their career.
Your remit will be wide-ranging and in-depth - implementing credit control processes and policy for a 200-strong global customer base with a credit line of ?430 million. Specifically, this will involve assessing and monitoring credit risk for new and existing customers (where the average accounts receivable is ?100 million per month), implementing KPI?s and appropriate credit risk and collections policies and procedures - while taking the lead on ensuring compliance of customers, 15% of whom have a credit risk greater than ?5 million in the local currency.
This ?stand-alone? role demands tried and tested expertise in assessing credit risk through interrogation and interpretation of financial (and wider) information, with some experience of international business credit management - and ideally a working knowledge of SAP or an equivalent system. The flexibility to travel to plants in the Europe and the US, and present to the Board at the Swiss HQ is essential, in a role that offers wide influence and the chance to progress.
If you have the credit management and customer skills - with the credibility to engage colleagues across the business and present at Board level - find out more right now by calling me, Paul Card for an informal discussion. Alternatively, click ?Apply?. If you don?t have an up to date CV, don?t worry, just send what you have, and we can go from there.
Everybody will receive a response.
