This company is seeking an enthusiastic individual with an excellent telephone manner to join their busy Customer Service Team.

You will be working in a team environment liaising with clients, members of the public and service providers, to receive and resolve queries, issues and problems on sites around the UK.

You must be able to work under your own steam and approach problems with enthusiasm, common sense and the very highest standards of customer care.

Applicants should be diligent and personable with excellent attention to detail. You will be communicating via telephone acting as an interface between multiple parties to see issues through to resolution.

Previous experience is not essential as full training is provided. It is the attitude and communication skills of their employees which make this company what it is.
