A Support Analyst with strong PC skills is required at a growing IT Support / MSP based in the heart of central London. Reporting to the Technical Team Leader and the Technical Director, you will be performing 1st and 2nd line desktop support and network admin tasks assigned to you as well as being involved with a variety of installation projects.

The role will be split between the office in Holborn and onsite at client locations in and around the capital. Above all you must be professional and experienced in a client facing role.

You should have demonstrable skills in the following areas:

- Very good general desktop support skills
- Windows 7/8/10
- Mac OSX support skills a bonus but not essential
- MS Office 2013/2016
- Active Directory user admin
- Office 365 admin
- General hardware and networking knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Any media industry experience a plus but not essential.
Prior experience working for an MSP would be a distinct advantage. Any Microsoft or similar certificates hugely advantageous.
