My client, a global manufacturer, requires a Desktop Project Lead for this newly created role within the Service Desk Team based in Liverpool. Salary up to £30,000 DOE to join at this exciting time!
As the 1st Line / 2nd Line for the Service Desk you will be responsible supporting the user base within this global manufacturing business based in Liverpool
As the 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be required to demonstrate a strong understanding and practical application of the following technologies:
* Active Directory GPO
* Windows Server 2012
* Windows 7 & 10
* Networking: DHCP - DNS / TCP/IP - WiFi
* Strong problem solving & analytical skills
* Clear and open communication style
* A minimum of 2-3 years supporting large scale Desktop environments.
Joining a medium sized team with a salary of up to £30,000 DOE for this global manufacturer based in Liverpool.
