Successful Equity Research Group specialising in ESG products continues to invest in providing Portfolio Managers with the best Research and modelling applications which are implemented using C#, ASP .NET MVC5 (now moving to Angular 4) and SQL. They are looking for a talented, hands on Development Lead /Technical Lead C# ASP .NET to head up a team of 4, working on the full life cycle development of applications involving extensive communication with the business to capture and analyse requirements and develop them from end to end. They are an Agile house both in terms of methodology and approach i.e. they believe in delivering systems without copious amounts of unnecessary process whilst ensuring that all applications are part of a strategic plan.

Skills and background required:
Strong development in ASP .NET a C# Developer with at least 5 years in the delivery of primarily ASP .NET applications with current ASP .NET MVC5 required and Continuous Integration and delivery concepts. Good SQL Skills gained in SQL Server (preferred), Sybase and/or Oracle
Exposure to Fund Management, Trading or Investment banking especially ESG, Sustainable Investment or similar market area with excellent communication skills to elicit requirements from the business.
Experience of contemporary Web technology very useful i.e. HTML 5, Angular 2 / 4. The group is expanding and provide a great working environment where IT and business enjoy a close, collaborative relationship. There is considerable new development to do so business problems solving and solution design are as important as strong technical skills.
