Senior Test Engineer GAIN Mobile Selenium Java £70K London

Looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join UKs leading property management software brands who are aiming to become a mobile first brand. These guys have partnered with a cloud specialist consultancy in the UK who possess a decade of experience in handling digital transformation projects.

Working majorly on open source stack, there is an interesting work in the pipeline around Web Service Automation (restful services). This role is ideal for someone who is keen on being hands on while maintaining the seniority in their role. A solid step up for those who are pigeon holed in their current role and get a chance to work on newer tech & tools.

You will work in a Senior capacity advising, mentoring & implementing test automation frameworks using Selenium Java Cucumber Rest-Assured/RestClient. Coming to the learning part, you will find yourself involved in creating POCs on mobile testing and advising on suitable tools for the project.

What we need from you?
- An experienced QA/Test Engineer who has touch based on multiple facets in a project
- Regular user of Selenium WebDriver tool for UI & API automation with Java & cucumber
- Ability to work comfortably with fellow developers in pair programming
- Ability to work in an agile environment preferably SCRUM
- Experience creating test plans projects & documentation
- Feels at ease working with cross functional teams e.g. Developers, BAs, PMs & Clients
