WORKING HOURS: Full time and part time hours available (Days & Nights)

THE COMPANY: Our client is a is a three-storey, 66-bed purpose built home, designed to provide specialist residential and dementia care to older people based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

THE ROLE: The role of the Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant will be to assist with all aspects of care within the home supporting the residents to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Senior Care Assistant to include:-

To support residents with managing their daily living tasks
Personal care
Supporting emotional needs
Record keeping
Supporting the residents at meal times

Key experience for the role of Care Assistant / Senior Assistant based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire:

Must live within a commutable distance of Dewsbury, West Yorkshire
To be considered for the Senior Care Assistant role you will need at least 1 years' experience in a care environment
The ideal Care Assistant will have previous experience in a care environment although full training can be given to the right candidate.
Any qualifications i.e. QCF/NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social care will be highly advantageous but not essentials.
All positions are subject to a DBS check.
