Desktop Support Engineer
We are looking to recruit an experienced desktop support engineer. This is a varied role in which you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to a large desktop estate that is predominantly Windows based and includes Office 365 and a broad range of specialist applications.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the Windows environment , including Active Directory, Exchange and ideally have experience supporting an Office 365 environment. In addition you should have experience of using automated tools, ideally SCCM, to deploy software in a substantial estate. Experience packaging software for deployment would be a distinct advantage as would experience using Powershell scripting. There is also Apple laptops, PC's and mobile devices within the estate so experience supporting and deploying to Apple devices would also be helpful.
