The firm takes a modern approach to delivering tailored client care and owing to its continued level of success, it is now hiring a pro-active and talented Private Client Lawyer to work on a full-time, permanent basis in its central London office. The Role This is an opportune moment to join an expanding firm as a Private Client Lawyer. With a reputation for expertise in wills and probate matters, our firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer with at least four years` PQE to take a pro-active approach to managing their own caseload. Committed and driven, you will draw upon your proven wills and probate skills to undertake duties which may include: drafting wills and other testamentary dispositions; contentious and non-contentious probate; setting up complex trusts; managing trust files; tax planning; elderly and vulnerable client matters. The successful Private Client Lawyer will in return, benefit from a supportive working environment and enjoy a varied and challenging role. The Candidate Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives. At least 4 years` PQE with solid experience in wills and probate matters is essential. Excellent client care and communication skills are a must. The successful Private Client Lawyer will be technically adept. Demonstrating a proactive approach to your work and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are encouraged.
