We are looking to recruit an experienced support analyst. You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a large user base in a predominantly Windows environment. To be successful in this role it is likely you will have at least 12 months IT experience, you may be a graduate who has worked a placement year or your first employer hasn't lived up to their promises. Alternatively you may have completed an apprenticeship and be looking for an organisation were you can build your career. You will ideally have gained a good knowledge of Windows and be able to administer Active Directory and Exchange including creating and deleting accounts. In addition to this you must be able to demonstrate an excellent customer service ethic and a genuine hunger to learn, ideally supported by evidence in the form of professional accreditation's or a summary of the steps you have taken to develop your capabilities.
